I took my watch to get a handle on how I've been pacing, and I'm pretty happy with it. I felt really good. My knee is being weird, it will ache for like a mile, but not affect my stride, so I ignore it and it goes away, I'm watching it closely though. Workout went well too, first day doing 6x25, 6x25, 2x8 and the pull ups were killer but the rest was definitely manageable.
