It was SO nice out. I was absolutely out of my mind with the weather, perfect to just bop along! I kept it easy the whole way, I stayed well below my aerobic threshold, I was trying to keep in mind that this is just building the ability to run far, not to kill myself. I can very easily run these a good chunk faster, but I'd end up having to recover for the whole week. My arches hurt a bit around miles 2-4, but I just made sure to relax my feet and the pain went away.
