Notes
It was very windy out today, and that was annoying, but the temperature came back down, which was nice. My left knee wasn't feeling great today, I'll check out some online stuff and try and figure out if it is anything serious, but it wasn't feeling to crazy bad. I kept it pretty conservative because of the knee though, I didn't want to chance running to hard on it.
