Notes
It was raining out today, but not to hard. It was warmer than yesterday though, so I didn't really mind, once I got out there and going, the rain was actually kind of nice. It wasn't hard enough to really make my clothes heavy, just nice, and kept me cool. Anyway, the run itself was pretty fantastic. I felt like a million bucks today, and the pace felt very easy. I have to say I'm surprised by how I've reacted to the mileage change. I had imagined that this was when I would be feeling the worst, but I'm actually feeling very on top of my game.
