Goal w/o: 3x3200m @ 11:48 w/ 2 minutes rest
Ended up running 11:33, 11:38, 11:37, which isn't too far off, but it is harder to just chill and run 11:50 pace in my opinion. The end of the workout was a little tough but not terrible, pretty windy today on the track so that might have been part of it.
