Popliteus still hurts, slowing down makes it feel much better. Started strengthening exercises
INJURY REPORT:
First occurring: 3/12/2011
Side: Right
Area: Back of leg behind knee, slightly medial, suspected Popliteus
Pain onset: During butt kick, slowing down makes it feel better, turning the lower leg hurts, stairs hurt, no pain to the touch. Pain is significant but avoidable.
Treatment: Strengthening exercises targeted at popliteus, no RICE at the moment. New Shoes purchased.
