This was intended to be 4x1k w/3 min rest, but I got through 3 and called it. I opened up pretty hard, and by the third I didn't have much left. The hill in the parking lot made things suck much worse. I figure next week 4x800m w/3:00 rest is a better idea. 2-4-4-10-4-4-2 is worth trying.
