We went and did 2-3-4-3-2-2-3-4-3-2 full speed, with about 1:00 to 1:30 recovery.
It was terrible. I cramped badly, and pretty much everything hurt. Coming back and running full speed day one is stupid as shit. These are the kind of days when I realize it is impossible for me to be successful in the system my coaches have designed. If I don't run well at the first developmental meet, I'm seriously considering quitting track and just building up a decent base.
