Notes

My knee is definitely improving, but I'm still limited in the speed I can do. As of now, I will take tomorrow and the day after as short doubles still, and I might try some pace stuff for Friday (nothing to hard, I don't want to push it yet). Then, god willing, Sunday will be 18-20 miles.
