ran w/ adam felt slow with him too but he had only run once since last sundays race. foot got a bit sore when i was keep it tense in a really leafy section but felt fine once the footbed visibilty improved.
I've noticed i had been running with this PF or whatever it is that ive developed a habit of tensing my foot upon impact which has the opposite affect that i desire. when i land with a relaxed lower leg i have much fewer issues. only problem is i have to make a consciuos effort to do to so at times
