nother good run- must be my missing mp3 player, yesterday's run was good too. did 2 miles nonstop, and managed to do a couple of technique drills too. 1 set of skip drills, butt kick, high kick and the side crab thingie. weird pain in my left shinish area-really to the left of my shin. need to stretch more.
