28:50 in 144-162. didn't stretch before. Leg hurt a lot less, no numbness til I was almost done- then only a little. did the 1st mile in 14:41 same as yesterday. Didnt have to walk at all the 1st mile- hr stayed in zone entire time. 2nd mile had to walk more, but walking less and less.
