Doctor Monday (16th)...
3 bottles of cough syrup
2 bags of cough drops
bottle of nasal spray
1 round of antibiotics
1 steroid shot (and therefore decided not to run or race so that I wouldn't get crap from the anti doping people here on RA) Yes, my friend, Spaniel, that's you :)
By the way, I'll never go into a sauna again...
