Hot! Great run considering the conditions.
I was able to hold pace fairly well.
Maximum HR: 146
Nutrition: mostly water for first 8 miles
2nd loop, I took 1 cup of chips / pretzels, but that took forever to eat. I ended out throwing out 1/2 of the cup.
On 2nd loop, I transitioned from mostly water to mostly coke and IMFluid.
On 3rd loop, I continued with coke and ice, and had only 1 chicken broth at about mile 20 (It wasn't available on the course until about 5:30pm... ???)
At every aid station, I put 3 or 4 cubes of ice in my hat brim (that's why my head sweat was upside down).
