just swimming and gliding through the water today....
BUT.... I got sea sick!
- Flip turns rather than touch and go (200 yards)
- Backstroke (200 yards)
- Total Immersion balance drills (100 yards)
QUIT. Dizzy / Nausious. Still feeling it 4 hours later as I was trying to recall my swim. Effort was very low and form driven, but I think the backstroke or balance drill got my head spinning (even though my head was as still as can be).
... Maybe I'm getting sick.... ugh
