Mondauk Marathon. Big turnout, nice weather. 2 warmup miles with Dave Burnett, who told me that he’s in tux for Non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Doing well and the prognosis is positive.
6 x 2:00(1:00) @ I pace per VDOT 2 plan. Not easy to hit the target pace 7:17 on the soft terrain. Felt good, even if effort felt more like R pace.
