The usual: 1 M WU to 130 bpm, then 3 M @ 7:30, 0.5% incline. AHR for those 3 M was 139, 148, 154. That's pretty close to as good as I've ever seen. My weight is down from several high-mileage weeks. I wore my Boston sleeveless tee and had a sweat rag. I started a little later than usual. Lots of possible reasons...
