WU to 120 bpm, then 3 M @ 0.5% incline, 8:00 m/M, then 1 M CD. AHR for the three fast miles: 131, 139, 144 bpm. My knee didn't bother me but I sure got a good sweat. HR 96 bpm after 5 -minute slow-down to 2.5 mph.
