Notes

The usual (7:30 m/M), except Jonathan mentioned he had done 7:18 pace for a quarter mile, so I thought I'd add some at that pace. WU went well, got to 130 bpm at the end of the first mile. AHR 136, 145, 151 bpm. Then half a mile at 7:18 m/M, which got me to 157 bpm. CD, then weight machines.
