After WU to 128 bpm, 3 M @ 8:00 m/M, 0.5% incline, then 2 M CD. AHR for the tempo miles were 134, 142, and 147 bpm, which I was happy to see. Bloody left nipple--maybe not very tough since it's had a bandade over it much of the last 2 weeks.
