The usual, but planned for only 2 tempo miles. Dry weather outside, but AHR didn't improve. I M WU, 2 @ 7:30 m/M, 0.5% incline (AHR 143, 154 bpm), 2 M CD. On th enew machines 'cause I no longer trust the old ones (fast outlier time a few weeks ago)
