The usual tempo run, but no rest yesterday, and a day later than usual. Outside temp 0. Second TM from the left. I used my new Garmin and haven't gotten the hang of it yet, but using the midpoint heart rate for each mile, the averages for the 3 tempo miles were 133, 137, and 142 bpm. I liked that!
