I ran in the Sauconys with SuperFeet, on th eLied upstairs track. I figured that if I did each lap in 1:27, that would work out to 8-minute miling. That worked okay (after a 1-mile WU) for 2 miles, but then I got pretty tired and slowed. I think my times for the 3 miles were 8:00, 8:04, and 8:14. AHR for those miles was 140, 149 and 151 bpm. I maxed out at 154 bpm before slowing. This was a little higher than the TM, perhaps because the 0.5% incline I use does not fully compensate for the lack of air resistance. It was later in the morning, too, so who knows.
