John's birthday run. The group went 12, though they had planned on 13, so I ended up with 19 (pancakes vs. more running made that choice easy). I suffered a bit in miles 11-14, felt better after a mini-Clif bar at mile 14. Gu at mile 17. I probably started the run down about a pound of water. It was cool (40's), I ran slowly (often over 10 m/M) and I drank about a quart an hour. One S-cap. After-shower weight was 158.0 lb, so I think I did well with hydration.
