Notes

The usual, but I wasn't motivated to do 3 M since I have no goal races in the near future (going to Calif. Midnight Madness weekend). 2.5 M @ 7:30 m/M after warming up to 130 bpm. AHR 139, 150, 153 bpm. I thought this would be a good one since (1) it was after 8:30, allowing an emptier stomach, (2) I did a long run last weekend, (3) I seem rehydrated pretty well (160.0 lb this morning) from the weekend runs.
