The usual, and I managed to get the treadmill on the far left, which I think is the fastest. I forgot to take my sudafed this morning, so I didn't have the jacked-up HR to contend with. I had to get the speed up to 7.3 mph to get my HR to 130 bpm at the end of the first mile. The next 3, at 7:30 m/M (unlike last week), 0.5% incline, resulted in AHR of 136, 144, and 149 bpm. Nice.
