I did the usual tempo run of 3M. AHR 133, 139, 147 bpm. Great numbers. Unlikely to be due low humidity, as the outside temp was in the 40s and rain was in the area. Maybe because I was on the second machine form the left, which has given me good numbers before. In any case, it wasn't too hard today--yay!
