Notes

The usual tempo run. I started the tempo part at mile 1.1 at 128 bpm. AHR 135, 144, 151 bpm. I don't think I've seen such low numbers since last spring. Hopefully I am finally seeing some benefit of the long runs. I have been surprised that I didn't see a benefit earlier. I have also skipped my BP meds this week, though, so that is another possible explanation.
