After 5 M at a steady 9:00 m/M pace, my HR was 136 bpm. A couple years ago it would have been 130, so that's a goal. I slowed to 9:20 m/M pace for the last 4 miles. My foot and knee were a little sore afterwards, but no ill effects a day later (chaffing between legs, though).
