The usual. It felt hard in the first mile, which was confirmed when I saw a HR of 146 after only a third of a mile. It's not raining outside, so humidity is not the issue. Maybe weight? I weighed myself after my shower--163.4 lb. seems kind of high. Anyway, I decided to quit early if my HR got to 160, which it had by the end of the 2nd tempo mile. AHR 146, 156 bpm for the 2 miles. Over 3 weeks now, I'm not trending in the right direction!
