I warmed up slowly and never ran under 9:15 m/M. Later in the day, I could feel some sensitivity on the bottom of my left foot, so I'm glad I didn't go longer. On the TM, I first really felt a bit of tenderness a little after Mile 2. Last Friday, I could feel something from the start and I ran (fast) anyway--a mistake. The plan is to run every other day and build distance a mile at a time, backing off if the tenderness increases. We'll see what tomorrow morning holds.
