The usual, but never intending for more than a 2-mile tempo run. As it turns out, I could have gone 3. 0.5% incline, 1.1 M WU to 130 bpm, 2 M @ 7:30 m/M (AHR 139 bpm 150 bpm), 0.9 M CD to 130 bpm.
