The usual, but I cut it short. Sunday's long long run is still haveing residual effect, I think. 1 M WU to 130 bpm, 2.5 M @ 7:30 m/M, 1.5 M CD to 130 bpm. AHR for temo miles (and last half mile) was 144, 154, 158. Max was 159.
