6 AM run with Fraser and Jim.
Hot and Humid. Had a really hard time keeping up.
he heat really sucks the life out of me. (that and maybe the beer the night before!)
The humid air felt constricting. . . felt worried about the altitude at Pikes.
Oherwise, nice clear day in HK harbor.
