This was a long easy pace run for the week. I've heard from many people that the longs ones are one of the important ones for training for the marathon. It's supposed to be slow and steady. I tried to keep it around 60 sec slower than my mrthn race pace. It was so hot. I started running at about 10:45 at night and didn't get back 'till midnight or so.
