Good solid long run. I felt really good on the way out and did a little negative split action on the way back (49:59 v. 48:37). My cruise miles are coming down in time and I can feel myself getting stronger. If I can keep on track and stay healthy I htink I will have a really good chance at a marathon PR. It is a long way off so we'll see. Tomorrow will be a nice and easy recovery and the start to an easier week. I have exams next week and will need some extra time for studying. Then I am gonig to MN for Dad's 60th so that will bring the milage down a little too. Hopefully I keep it up about 40ish....GPS
