derek's 10 mile loop + up through gamelands with derek from derek's house. we didn't feel the greatest, but must have been moving better than we thought we were. i was feeling 7:20 pace...was surprised that it was 7:05 pace (11.9 true miles)...i'll make up that 0.1 miles tomorrow morning.
