started off feeling pretty good. planned on running around 7:00s for a little while but kept hitting 6:40's by "accident" until 7 miles. At Milton I realized it was going to be more a challenge to keep them under 7:00s. Stopped at Wendys (12.5) for water and a gel. Struggled a bit from 12-17 (hills) and my left hip, lower back cramped up pretty good around 15. Fought through that and then tried to run my goal MP (6:29) over the last 5 miles. Pushed pretty hard the last two miles to see what I could do.
