Notes: only about 45-foot gain for this hill. not great but it would work ok to steam up the hill for 60-75 seconds and then take 3-4 minutes to circle around for another run. It is 1.95 miles each way to the start/end point.
3.9+(0.7*8) = 9.5 miles for 8 loops.
8 loops would be a decent 90 minute hill workout.
