Notes

Strider fun run. The first mile was probably 8:15 and I decided to just make it a tempo run. Second mile was probably 7:15 and the third was probably 7:15. I eased off for the last 200 yards trying to make it a decent tempo without regretting it. I'll find out in 1-2 days if it was worth it. The pizza and beer after the run were good anyway.

I've got no business doing a tempo run on 10-15 miles a week and 15-20 pounds overweight. But what the heck... when you put runners in front of me and someone says "get set, go!" it's hard to do it as an easy run.

Run was at Greenfield Park where Aaron had a CC race last fall. On asphalt trails most of the way with some sidewalks.
