Notes

so much easier at 55 degrees than last week's run at 75 degrees.

new shoes caused a heel blister though and I had to stop to fold the socks, re-tie the shoes, and then I jogged the last 0.6 miles as a cool-down.

new rule... long runs in shoes with between 50 miles and 350 miles only. well, more of a guidleline than a rule you might say. I keep forgetting that new shoes are best for 3-5 miles runs until they break in a little.
