COMMENTS: My best friend talked me into doing a bike ride. My road bike has been hanging on the garage wall literally for the last 15 years. I got it down last night, tuned it up and took a lap around the block. Today I went 20 miles with a group of avid bikers. I finished last, but not by much. It was fun, I may start doing it more. Running helped A LOT, but my butt is really sore.
