Great race today, the sophomores had a better race than Hornet a week ago. Looking at the times i see that all the people in the open race had a good race....Before the race i was planning to run with Demski, but after thinking about it i didn't think that i could go 6:10 mile pace. I decided to go with Avra and Adam H (also Roland and Rafacz). At the start i thought that the first 800meters was fine but i could see the Adam was picking up and i went with him, the others stayed at there own pace. Me and Adam came around the mile at 6:25.. going into the triangle i saw that adam didn't want to go with me so i went lone ranger until the last 600 meters. My legs felt ok and i felt like going off slower than all my other meets helped me pace, I knew that i could push through the heavy breathing and my legs. On the last 600 meters i saw Saul yelling at me and i picked up the pace WAY to much, i kind of did a all out sprint to early.......i should have just pushed through the pain but i didn't...next time i'll take the end of a race better. Over all i PR'ed and i was happy with my race......
