Notes
Really good tempo today i have to admit. Rossi told Hunt, Mono, Woolley and i to start our tempo on the run back so we did. Hunt and i started to pick up alot and break from the pack. Mono and Woolley picked up too but they didn't keep up with us. The first half mile pick up with Hunt was kind of tough and i could feel my legs starting to get a little heavy. Around the mile mark i kind of felt like i could go faster than what i was doing with Hunt, so i picked up my tempo even more (my legs still felt heavy and my breathing was getting heavy but i just muscled through it till the end) and broke away from Justin and ran back to camp. I'll probably stretch and ice today because i got lazy yesterday.
