It is kinda boring looping (1.75) you neighborhood five times but with recovering legs I was not sure how far I would make it. My goal was 10 so I came pretty close. I kept my goal pace of 10:40 even though I died in mile 9. Next weekend I hope for 14-15 since I did 13.1 last weekend. STL is creeping up. Just glad to be out there at any pace.
