Ran in the dark and cold. At least it wasn't dark, cold, wet and gale force winds like yesterday when I wimped out. The tale of triumphs and humbling that is this running passion of mine came loudly this week. Falling hard at the end of a long run Saturday, and getting runner of the year at the running club banquet last night. Aha
