Well, the idea was to test this right hamstring and glute to get a preview of what racing next weekend will be like. I admit my hopes were dashed.

Dylan kept telling me to slow down, and I had to keep Michael from passing me.

Warmup mile, stride outs, then 600m fast, 200m light jog, 400m fast, 200m light jog, 200m fast, 200m light jog, repeat

then 400m hard, 200m light jog, 200m hard, 200m light jog, repeat twice.
