I lost much sleep last night. So, today, should it have not been 1st May I would have called it a date. I pushed it to get out there and run. I thought of all these things and runners to get out there and motivate myself. I was tired but my body has become strong even through tiredness will not give up running. All these thoughts about mental work more than physical work came to the mind.

My breathing was not too bad, my body felt strong and I went into a zone and rhythm and kept on running. As I said my Byes to April I had to welcome May / my Birthday month and make the most today. All is in the 'Now' and in that sense I won because I did not let my tiredness to get me down. I am so much stronger than my body. -:) Although I was tired running at 9 + pace per mile felt normal and natural. How amazing is this?
