Notes

I just got out there at 6:50 am hours and had a beautiful run under the rising sun and in the chirping sound of the birds. What a lovely experience!

It was bitterly cold this morning but calm and bright along with a tranquility and peace. I had no major issues apart from little niggling with numbness on right leg and of course CS on the right leg too due to the cold weather. One thing is for sure CS does not like cold weather. Nothing though major.

This must have been my first morning run in a long time .........possibly more than a year. I think the last morning run must have been the one in Boston when I fractured my foot for second time round. My God it feels such a long time ago.

The running went well and helped to get on with my working day. Work has been very intense over the last weeks and even more so this week du to move to a new office location. Chaos and stress for most of us but there is no choice on the matter but get on with the work. So, I had to take my morning 'medication' today and it worked.

Now I am ready for the weekend on a positive note. It is something about morning runs that is special. In a way there is no disruption and noise around but only peace, tranquility and nature on it's best. It is almost paradise or heaven on earth and all seems to be in harmony and balance. No cars, no noise. All creatures are up before the humans and create a harmony.

I love this feeling. This was a great run indeed. Another Special Run / Another Special Day.
