I set off for a short easy run. Did not plan the 6 miler as it was pretty hot for September month and I had already done a 3 mile brisk walk workout. I felt O.K with my head and just paced myself happily to the small challenge of the 6.

No dizziness and no other probs apart from the odd niggling of the Arthritic toe joint.
